  • Zucchini

  • Cabbage

  • Pepper

  • Green onions

    2 sprig

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Cards

  • Cashews

    1 handful

  • Ginger

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    0.5 tooth

  • Allspice

    0.25 tsp

  • Lime

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Zucchini and carrots cut into thin strips

Cabbage, peppers and onions cut as small as possible,

Divide the orange into slices, remove film, cut into small pieces,

Basil leaves and parsley finely chop.

Mix all prepared ingredients.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. To do this, put in a food processor with dates, cashews, ginger root, garlic, pepper, lime juice and soy sauce and puree them until smooth. If it turns out too thick, add a little water.
