Chocolate-espresso cream pie
Good morning! My morning started with a Cup of coffee and a fragrant slice of chocolate coffee cake! Welcome aboard!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Instant coffee

    2 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

To start sift the flour.

Add to it the cocoa, instant coffee and baking powder. Mix well.

In kefir soda, stir and leave for 10 minutes.

Eggs with sugar beat for 7 minutes.

Add buttermilk with soda and a little melted butter. Beat. Add flour mixture and whip.

Pour the batter into the form in diameter 24-26 cm (I 26 cm).

Bake at 180C for 30-40 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Readiness check with a toothpick.
