Cupcake lemon with turmeric
Just love this cupcake. Gentle, airy, with a pleasant lemon fragrance. Turmeric gives the cake a beautiful lemon color, and just... help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

Cooking

To grate the zest from the whole lemon. From lemon squeeze the juice.

Margarine, egg yolks, sugar, turmeric, lemon zest, lemon juice and vanilla mix well.

Add the soda mixed with the flour. Mix well the dough.

Proteins vzbit in a solid foam. Add to the resulting dough and mix gently.

Spread in greased and posypannoy crumbs form. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 min.
