Cottage cheese-vanilla cookie
To me baking with dried fruit always reminds of Oriental sweets from the fairy tales of Scheherazade, this is what I imagined reading them. Let us in these days of Christmas let's go again to my childhood. Invite!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    380 g

  • Cheese

    360 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Dried apricots

    150 g

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Cognac

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Products in advance, remove from refrigerator. Dried apricots and prunes cut into small. Pour brandy. Mix well.

Bake at 180 degrees for 12-14 minutes convection. If You do not have this feature bake a little longer at the middle level of the oven. Do not overdry! The finished cookies put on the grill, cool.
