Cooking
For sponge cake beat eggs with sugar.
Separately heat the milk and add butter to melt.
Beat in with a spatula the flour, baking soda and milk-oil mixture. The finished dough pour in the form (28cm) and bake at 180C for 70 minutes. Ready sponge let cool and cut into 4 biscuits.
For the cream beat sour cream with sugar powder.
Biscuits impregnate the juice from the canned peaches. Lubricated sour cream and put the sliced peaches.
Put the cake together and give it a good freeze in the refrigerator.
Well the frozen cake cut on the sides, giving it the shape of strawberries. You can, of course, initially to collect the cake from the cut out biscuits, but, in my opinion, it's more convenient - first of all no piece of cake, which then has nowhere to go and secondly there is an opportunity to enjoy some cake without waiting for the guests! )))
To decorate the cake, prepare the cream, beat butter until white. Then add condensed milk.
Postpone a little cream to green and yellow (leaves and seeds) bulk painted in pink or red. Decorate cake.
