Tomatoes stuffed with lentils, with potato
In front of You a hearty hot appetizer or main dish for dinner for the post and not only! Try it ;)

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Lentils

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

The lentils boil until tender.

3 tbsp vegetable oil to fry onions and carrots,

Add the tomato paste diluted in water

Add Basil and oregano, to prisolit and pepper.

Add the lentils, mix well.

Tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise, gently with a spoon remove the pulp, cut into cubes.

The pulp to add to the lentils, simmer for 5-7 minutes, remove from heat.

Potatoes to grate, squeeze well, add salt and pepper, add 1 tbsp oil and chopped garlic. Mix well.

Halves of tomato to stuff lentils.

Sprinkle the potato "cheese".

Bake at 180*C for 20-25 minutes. For 5 minutes put under the grill (I have not) to potatoes flushed. Garnish with greens and serve.
