Description
Mini potato cakes with sesame and sunflower seeds are ideal in place of bread to the entrees. For more flavor in the dough, you can add the dried chopped mushrooms and seasoning for potatoes where the composition includes : (black pepper, ground red paprika, marjoram, savory, thyme, turmeric, dried onion powder, dried dill and salt).

Cooking
Boil potatoes, peel, pass through a meat grinder (or pestle).
Add salt, vegetable oil Oleina soda (slaked vinegar)
Mix well and add the flour. Knead, roll the mass into a cake thickness of 1.5 cm.
Sprinkle with salt, sesame seeds, peeled sunflower seeds. Lightly press the seeds using a rolling pin.
Cut pellet form. Lay on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180C for 10 minutes.
