Zucchini stuffed with vegetables in tomato sauce
Stuffed zucchini in tomato sauce - very tasty and healthy dish. Tomato sauce and seasonings give the squash and lentils sweet and sour taste.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Lentils

    6 Tbsp

  • Cherry tomatoes

    4 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Radishes

    4 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    2 tsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 pinch

  • Salt

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

Cooking

1. Prepare the vegetables.

2. Onions and garlic peel, finely chop and fry in sunflower oil until Golden brown.

3. Add to the pan peeled and sliced carrots and radishes.

4. Zucchini length up to 15 cm wash, give water to drain. Cut off the stalk, cut each zucchini into 3 parts...

... and gently teaspoon to clean out the core. The flesh of the zucchini to chop and add to the onion.

... soy sauce, 100 ml of water seasoning for vegetables, season with salt and pepper, mix well. Cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and simmer until the lentils are tender. Lentils cooks very quickly ~10-15 minutes.

7. Tomato ketchup add 3 tbsp water, sugar and salt to taste, mix well and pour on top of zucchini.

8. Sent the molds in the oven, preheated to 180 C, and bake until cooked zucchini. Cooked dish decorate with parsley and serve. Bon appetit!
