Delicious quick lunch
Usually the night before planning what I'd cook for lunch the next day, but something in the last days a lot of things going on, everywhere do not have time. Rolled up today, came home, opened the fridge and found a little bit of everything, but it turned out very much even anything, and most importantly, fast, and a lot of dishes to wash was not necessary. Maybe someone come in handy?

Ingredients

  • Beef

    300 g

  • Pumpkin

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Corn flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Salt

Meat with one onion minced in minced meat, add 150 g of grated on average grated pumpkin (squeeze the juice with your hands), cornmeal (or semolina), eggs, salt, spices.

Minced knead well and beat a few times.

The potatoes and the remaining 100 grams of pumpkin (I would add more, but more was not) cut into thin slices, onion - half rings, to salt, mix and put in greased form for baking. In a glass, mix tomato paste with sour cream and pour milk to a full Cup, add salt and season with spices.

From stuffing make meatballs, put them on the vegetables and pour the cooked sauce. Put into the oven of 45-50 minutes, look at the readiness of a potato.
