Rice with chicken (for Lebanese)
The recipe for this delicious Lebanese pilaf shared with me my friend, which I am very grateful. It's not just plov for every day, but a true festive dish.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    8 handful

  • Minced meat

    100 g

  • Chicken

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Almonds

  • Pine nuts

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

In the water put the chicken and cinnamon to a boil.

While cooking meat, saute the onions with ground beef.

Then put the rice and fry it a little.

When cooked the chicken, catch it out of the broth and crumble to pieces

The rice, pour the broth and cook until tender.

Meanwhile, pour almonds with boiling water.

After a few minutes to peel almonds, and each nut divided into two halves.

In a separate pan, melt the butter and add the almonds and, after a while, pine nuts. This is to ensure that the nuts toast evenly.

Cooked rice spread on a large platter and cover with slices of chicken and toasted nuts.
