Description

One of the favorite dishes of old Russian cuisine! If baked in small pots, then served a La carte, dessert for the festive table. Incredibly delicious, crumbly porridge, baked in the oven. For the competition "Bright mood".

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    0.5 kg

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Raisins

    1 handful

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

  • Milk

Cooking

Pumpkin flesh cut into small cubes. Separately boil the rice.

In butter, on low heat, fry the slices of pumpkin and raisins.

Combine with rice and honey.

Mix well, lay the pot or cooking in a pot on the bottom pour a few tbsp of milk or cream, and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Porridge turns crumbly and very delicious. Another confirmation that Russia knew a lot about the cereals!!!
