Warm beet & grapefruit salad with liver
In my family most prefer it warm salads. They can eat, and can be used as a main, hearty dish. We love the combination of citrus notes in meat salads. One of the most favorite salad of pickled beetroot, fried liver and grapefruit.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    200 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Juice

    150 ml

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    0.5 tsp

  • Lettuce

    100 g

  • Chicken liver

    200 g

  • Ginger

    0.2 tsp

  • Grapefruit

    0.5 piece

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

Cooking

Warm boiled beets cut into polukoltsami, onion - half rings, pour the marinade of grapefruit juice, 2st. L. soy sauce TM "Kikkoman" and honey. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

Cut the liver in big pieces, add grated ginger, 1tbsp. L. TM "Kikkoman" and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.

Roll the liver in cornstarch and fry in butter until tender.

On a plate lay out sliced warm beets, onions, salad mix, hot liver, grapefruit pieces, pour the marinade left over from marinating the beets and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
