Spicy ginger salad vegetables and fruit with aromatic, allspice and cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • Squash

    300 g

  • Pepper

    400 g

  • Apricot

    200 g

  • Banana

    200 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    250 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Sunflower oil

  • Honey

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

  • Orange juice

    0.5 piece

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Sesame

    1.5 tsp

Ingredients for the salad.

Small, yellowish patissony more sweet than salty. Cut them into 4 pieces and put in a deep bowl.

Apricot sliced diced.

Yellow pepper cubes.

Orange peppers are also cubes.

Yellow tomatoes are sliced diced.

Orange cherry is also cubes.

The salad added the honey. Poured Kikkoman soy sauce, oil and salt.

Put in a salad with roasted chanterelle mushrooms. For a more spicy taste added a bit of white pepper, cinnamon and sprinkled with sesame seed.

The salad is very tasty and juicy. If You like these ingredients, then You will love the salad in spite of its piquancy. ( St. son didn't like the banana in the salad. All the ingredients are solid, the banana is soft. And I liked that the banana is diluted solid ingredients and added sweetness.)
