Viennese cookies with salted peanuts

Ingredients

  • Butter

    135 g

  • Powdered sugar

    25 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 pack

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Peanuts

    1 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

Butter (for the dough 120 g.) in advance, remove from refrigerator for 1 hour. Soft butter mash or beat with a mixer.

Pour the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Whisk or stir.

Peanuts to chop and add to batter, mix well.

Add the flour and baking powder. Mix well.

Pour cold milk and knead a soft dough. If the dough is too thick, add another spoon of milk.

Baking tray lay a baking paper. Using a pastry syringe or bag without a nozzle to squeeze out the cookies. Bake at 180°C for 15 min.

To prepare chocolate glaze: heat the chocolate with 15 grams of butter in a water bath. One edge of the cookies dipped in icing. Leave the cookies on the paper to frozen frosting. Then the cookies are ready to serve.
