Cake with red currants and sour cream
Love the season's fruits and berries: pies, pastries, cakes a pleasure and how beautiful you can decorate them with berries...) and as a filling of the berries to be just right. Today I want to share a recipe with red currants, but can be black or some other berry.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    300 g

  • Sugar

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Red currants

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    30 ml

Butter cut into small pieces, add sugar and beat with a mixer incandescent.

One by one add the eggs and yolks. Beat well.

Grind the almonds, mix it with flour and baking powder.

In the egg-butter mass gradually add the flour mixture and knead the dough.

Put the currants and slightly press it into the dough. Bake in a preheated 180 deg. the oven for about 30 minutes. Ready cake cool.

Whip cream with sugar. Gelatin pour 30 ml of cold water, give to swell, then heat in the microwave the gelatin has dissolved, and pour a thin stream into the cream, mix well.

Pour the cooled cake with sour cream and remove an hour in the refrigerator.
