Description
Leeks are grown in France for over a thousand years. With it invented more than a dozen recipes. Leeks with sauce "Vinaigrette" on the menu of most Parisian bistro, as the cheapest and luxury. The combination of sweet onions and tart filling will not leave anyone indifferent!

Cooking
Onion cut into barrels, with a height of 2 cm, tomatoes – diced.
Salted water bring to boil, boil in onion (7-9 minutes until it becomes soft). Onions to cool.
For dressing mix olive oil, Apple cider vinegar, mustard and salt.
The leeks and tomatoes and mix well, fill received sauce, let stand 10 minutes.
