Mixed vegetables or Kale for the winter
This appetizer will decorate any dish. I always do it in the autumn, but before winter it has no choice - sweep for 4 to 5 weeks... Although this snack can be stored until spring.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    5 kg

  • Carrots

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 kg

  • Pepper

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    350 g

  • Salt

    4 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    0.5 l

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 l

Vegetables chop with a knife or RUB on a coarse grater.

Put everything in a large bowl, sprinkle with sugar, salt. Then season all with oil and vinegar.

The whole mass gently mix in the pelvis and lay in a clean dry banks. After 2 days, banks close kapron lids and put in the cellar.... If the cellar is there, make smaller portions and store in the refrigerator. BON APPETIT!!!!! :rose:
