Cooking
Dried sliced Shiitake mushrooms soak in water for 40 minutes, then boil for 30 minutes until soft.
To prepare the vegetables. Carrots and garlic clean. Eggplant and zucchini wash and cut the stem.
Carrots, eggplant and zucchini cut into strips.
To spasserovat vegetables in vegetable oil.
Then to the vegetables add the shiitake mushrooms, spices and chopped garlic, fry on low heat for 5 minutes.
Herbs to your taste - chop. I have parsley, dill and Basil.
Funchoza pour hot water for 10 minutes, then drain the water and noodles slightly crushed with a knife to make it shorter (easier then it is)
Funchoza combine with vegetables, mushrooms and herbs, mix well and season with soy sauce from Kikkoman to taste. Add a little rice or Apple cider vinegar.
The salad marinate for 15-20 minutes and serve.
