Zucchini with prunes
The recipe is perfect for meatless days, will satisfy vegetarians

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Prunes

    150 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

  • Berry

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    2 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Zucchini wash, dry, remove stem. Cut into slices, lightly fry in a pan with oil. The finished plate of zucchini to put on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
