The tail part of the salmon that remain unused after the festive table, well suited for unusual salad.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

  • Mushrooms

  • Lettuce

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Green onions

  • Dill

  • Sauce-marinade

My little mushrooms, the mode in half. Pour a small amount of water, to which add vinegar, sugar and salt (to taste should be sweet and sour marinade). Cook for 30 minutes.
