Not quite the usual scrambled eggs, to eggs add the puree of peppers... mushrooms stewed in cream... got a great Sunday brunch!!!

Cooking
1. Bell pepper puree them in a blender, puree.
2. Whisk the eggs, season with salt, pepper, add the mashed pepper. 3. Bake two omelets - pancakes.
4. Cooking mushroom sauce - fry the mushrooms, pour in the cream, let it stew for about 10 minutes - evaporated excess liquid.
5. On half of the omelet put the mushrooms, cover the second half.
