Irish whole wheat bread
A very unusual (at least to me) and interesting combination of tastes of usuma and cumin. The result is very pleased, turned out better than I could imagine. And here eat, eat his entire family can't stop.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    0.75 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Cumin

    2 tsp

  • Raisins

    0.5 cup

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

Place all the ingredients in a baking dish according to the instructions for your HP. In my Moulinex the sequence is: yogurt, vegetable oil, salt, sugar,.. Instead of yogurt you can use yogurt. If your house is neither one nor the other, then yogurt you can prepare yourself in a glass of milk adding 1 tsp. vinegar or lemon juice. In 10 minutes you will be ready yogurt, which can be used in this recipe.

Next, sieve the flour, add the cumin, raisins and yeast. The original recipe is taken dark raisins, but my house was a only bright.
