Description

Bean loaf with tomato
Roll of beans with a filling of fresh tomato. It's quick and easy.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    0.5 tsp

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Salt

Cooking

Soak overnight or for 4-5 hours beans. Boil the beans until soft. Mince.

Add to beans with melted butter. Mix well. Add the chopped garlic and salt to taste. Add instant gelatine.

Bean mass is spread on a foil and make of it a reservoir.

Fresh tomato wash and cut into small cubes.

On top of layer of beans distributed tomatoes.

Collapsible roll.

Wrap it in foil and put into the fridge for 2-3 hours. Then remove the foil and cut the roll into pieces. Bon appetit!
