Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Onion

  • Prunes

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Greens

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Beet to boil, clear, cut three or four circles with a thickness of about 1 cm, slice the rest finely diced

Prunes to soak in hot water

Onions and mushrooms cut into small cubes,

Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown

Add prunes, diced beets and flour, cook, stirring,for 2-3 minutes,

Then pour sour cream and stew for 10-15 minutes

The beetroot is cooked put the filling, cover the second circle, put the filling and cover with third, put the filling and cover the fourth circle beet

Upload the resulting cake in the form, pour sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes
