Kaiserschmarrn or Emperor omelet I cook quite often for Breakfast and lunch. It is possible to offer as a dessert.

Cooking
Separate the yolks from the whites. To the yolks add sugar and beat well in a fairly fluffy mass.
Add to the yolk mass of curd, vanilla sugar and milk. Beat until full connection products.
