Salad-jelly
Autumn is associated with the fall of the leaves, romance and rains. Try an unusual salad with bright colors and unusual presentation.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    6 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Broth

    200 ml

Cooking

Cook hard-boiled eggs. Potatoes and carrots boil until tender and cut into cubes. I immediately cut cubes and cooked vegetables in the steamer.

Dissolve gelatin in vegetable broth (all I have left after cooking vegetables) according to the instructions. The broth can be replaced with a liquid with green peas.

In gelatin, add sour cream, mayonnaise and optional mustard.

Mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

In a separate bowl, mix the vegetables.

Add sauce and stir again.

The form vystelit with cling film so that edges hanging.

Put into a form half of the vegetable mixture.

Then the eggs and the second half of the vegetable mixture. Put in refrigerator until firm.

After hardening, the form to flip over, putting the salad on a dish and remove the foil. Decorate as desired.
