Fish rolls with a side of rhubarb
Rhubarb can prigotovte not only pies, desserts and compotes, but also light vegetable side dish to baked or grilled meat, chicken or fish. For fish lovers - predlagau to try fish rolls wrapped in bacon with cheese stuffing and it is a side dish of rhubarb.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    300 g

  • Bacon

    120 g

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Dill

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Dry white wine

    2 Tbsp

  • Rhubarb

    2 piece

  • Spices

  • Honey

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

Fish fillets sprinkle with spices, sprinkle with lemon juice.

On each piece of fish put the cheese, dill,

the other across; fasten with wooden skewers; the same with all the fillet pieces.

Put rolls in a fireproof dish, add the wine and roast in preheated oven, in the upper part( 220°C) for 10-15 minutes; flip the rolls 1 time.

[color=darkred][b]a side of rhubarb:[/b][/color] simmer the chopped rhubarb in a pan with butter for about 8 minutes, add salt, honey (sugar), pepper.
