Salad
First saw we have for sale sugar peas, just remembered a salad from some American site (no wonder so many waited for their turn) with the same name Napa Cabbage Picnic Salad. Well, let's try!

Ingredients

  • Almonds

    30 g

  • Parsley

  • Cabbage Chinese

    400 g

  • Peas

    150 g

  • Radishes

    100 g

  • Green onions

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    0.333 tsp

  • Ginger

  • Pepper Cayenne

  • Mayonnaise

    1 tsp

Cooking

Roasted almond petals zolotistogo to color 5-10 minutes at 180 degrees

In a saucepan boil water and drop into it the sugar peas for 1-2 minutes

Omit the hot peas into a prepared bowl of cold water and ice - that it has not lost its rich bright color

Arbitrarily cut the other vegetables: cabbage, radish, green onion and parsley

Prepare the dressing: in a separate bowl, mix all ingredients for filling, except mayonnaise ( garlic finely chop or squeeze in chesnokodavilke). Add the mayonnaise, stir.
