  • Buckwheat

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Linseed oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Almonds

To prepare the salad you will need green buckwheat. I have green buckwheat TM "Mistral".

To grow green buckwheat, you need to rinse the groats, pour water, leave for 5-6 hours, then rinse, lay out evenly on a wet towel or cheesecloth, cover with a towel or gauze, put in a warm place and to ensure that the towel or the gauze was dry and a few hours you will see sprouts. I germinated buckwheat during the day.

Not very coarsely chop tomato, red onion peeled, cut into rings and add to the sprouted green buckwheat.
