Mini-muffins
Wonderful chocolate muffins with nuts, soaked in tangerine juice with the smell of the New year I want to give my Morosco - Tanya (sladkay83) from Sunny Krasnodar region!

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    50 g

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Butter

    45 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Walnuts

    30 g

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Powdered sugar

  • Leavening agent

    0.25 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Juice tangerine

    1 piece

  • Liqueur

    0.5 tsp

This amount of ingredients is enough for 12 mini cupcakes.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins whisk in the stable foam, set aside.

Mix the egg yolks with the softened butter.

The chocolate melts. I did it in the microwave. Melted and slightly cooled chocolate, pour in yolks and butter.

Add walnuts, vanilla sugar, baking powder, starch, flour. Mix everything. It is quite a dense mass. Carefully enter proteins. I mixed in the mixer on the lowest speed. That's it, quite dense, fragrant dough turned out! Do not be afraid of greenish hues, it's the quirks of a light transmission! :)

Spread the batter in the molds. And put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. While the cupcakes bake, prepare the impregnation. Squeeze the juice from the Mandarin oranges, add a few drops of any strong alcohol. Impregnation ready.
