A simple and delicious salad!

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    70 g

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Lettuce

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Sunflower seeds

    20 g

Black lentils TM "Mistral" to cook by following the instructions on the package.

Pumpkin peel, remove seeds and cut into cubes.

Add the olive oil, paprika, salt and mix well.

Evenly spread in a baking dish and bake at 170-180 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
