Pasta with vegetables and pine nuts
There are the usual pasta as something uninteresting and boring. Here and invented this recipe. Unusual taste and aroma to this dish adds balsamic vinegar and pine nuts - zest. Ingredients

  • Pasta

    400 g

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    130 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Pine nuts

    30 g

  • Basil

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Wash the vegetables and clean.

Zucchini cut into slices, sweet pepper strips. Onion - rings. Garlic chopped.

The vegetables, except the garlic, about 5 min. fry in vegetable oil. Then add the garlic and continue frying until cooked.

Pour in the stock and about 5 min., simmer under a lid. Then season with salt and pepper and fill with vinegar.

Pasta boil in salted water. Pine nuts fry on a dry pan.

Pasta drain in a colander, let it drain, then mix them with vegetables. Sprinkle the dish with Basil and pine nuts. Bon appetit!
