Cold soup with herring
A wonderful summer soup. Simple and quick to use. Importantly: very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Herring

    0.5 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Green onions

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    0.5 l

Cooking

Cut the herring, potatoes, eggs and pickled cucumber.

Sprinkle with chopped dill and add a teaspoon of mustard.

Stir and give to stand for 15 minutes so that the flavors of the ingredients are "friends".
