Cauliflower casserole with broccoli and carrots
My debut in cooking casseroles. I like any casserole to portray, but somehow hands did not reach. The casserole turned out delicious, with a pronounced flavor of herbs and cheese. Go for Breakfast or as a side dish, as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    400 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Suluguni cheese

    200 g

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

Broccoli, not frozen, directly cooked in the microwave 6 minutes on medium power. Carrots grate on a fine grater.

In a blender put the cooled broccoli, greens, 2 eggs and chop. Add 100 g grated cheese, pepper, salt, pepper. In carrot to squeeze through the press garlic, add 2 eggs, 100 g grated cheese, pepper, salt, pepper.

And again a layer of broccoli. Sprinkle with grated cheese (I have Russian one).
