Description

Zucchini stuffed with lentils
Tasty snack which can be consumed both hot and cold. Fans of the meat, I recommend adding lentils to ground meat. Garlic as desired.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    4 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

Pour the washed lentils in boiling salted water and cook for 10-15 minutes, until tender.

Zucchini cut in half lengthwise, teaspoon scrape the core. You can omit the zucchini in a pot of boiling salted water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain in a colander.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion, tomatoes, zucchini pulp and garlic finely chop. Fry on medium heat the carrots, onion and garlic. Add pulp of zucchini, the tomatoes, cover and simmer for another 5 min to Combine with the lentils. Salt to taste

Stuff the prepared mixture of the zucchini halves

Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 min.
