Cooking
Breast, rinse and Pat dry with paper towels. Gently beat the two parties in a cellophane package. RUB both sides with salt and pepper and set aside.

[b]While preparing the sauce, make the rolls:[/b] cut the Ham into squares and fry in butter. Add pressed garlic and fry another couple of minutes.

Roll into rolls and seal them with toothpicks.
Put them in a pan with heated oil.
Fry the rolls on both sides in plenty of oil until it will turn brown. From the fried rolls to pull out the toothpicks.

And simmer for a while on medium heat with the lid closed, from time to time turning.
10 minutes until cooked plentifully greased breast crème fraiche (or sour cream)
And sprinkle with grated cheese.
