Chicken rolls in tomato-wine sauce
Juicy rolls of chicken breast in a tomato wine sauce and a creamy cheese hat. Very juicy, tender and flavorful meat, with a wonderful sauce with a hint of red wine, will love your spouse, but if you went to visit - you expel them c booolshim work :)

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Pepper Cayenne

  • Ham

    200 g

  • Garlic

  • Pineapple

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    400 g

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Basil

  • Greens

  • Dill

  • Sugar

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Dry red wine

    150 ml

  • Cream

    180 ml

  • The creme fraiche

    200 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

Cooking

Breast, rinse and Pat dry with paper towels. Gently beat the two parties in a cellophane package. RUB both sides with salt and pepper and set aside.

Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, add the sugar and olive oil. Stir and cook on low heat. Add the wine and cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring to boil on small fire.

On the prepared breast to put ham. With pineapple, drain the water and place the pineapple on the breast over the ham.

Put them in a pan with heated oil.
