Bagels
A variant of the well-known bagels. Very light batter, the filling is tested for the first time, loved it :)

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Flour

    0.5 kg

  • Sugar

  • Cinnamon

  • Chicken egg

  • Dried fruits

Cooking

Melt butter or soften, knead soft, dont stick, pliable dough.

Dried lemons and tangerines cut in half, for larger rolls do not cut it, and put a couple of berries.

Roll out and cut dough. (This cutter is my pride :)), spread out the berries, rolling the bagel.

In a separate container mix the sugar with the cinnamon, beat the egg.

Dip each bagel on one side first in the egg, then in sugar.

Spread out on a baking sheet, bake at 200*C for about 15 minutes, until nice it will turn brown.
