Dissolve yeast in Cup of warm water, adding 1 tablespoon of sugar.
In warm milk add 1 tablespoon of sugar, salt, vegetable oil.
Add the melted margarine.
Add yeast. Gradually add flour, zamesit dough.
Give up, priputnev flour. The dough turns out quite a lot, so will last for a few bakery products.
While the dough rises, make the filling: onions finely chop, fry in vegetable oil.
To the mince add the onion, salt, pepper, add spices to taste.
Roll out the dough, put into a form.
Spread the stuffing, fold over the edges.
To decorate, brush with egg yolk. Let rise in warm 10-15 minutes.
Bake in the oven at 200-210С for 30-40 minutes.
