The crepes and the filling can be prepared the day before. Royal pancakes: Because they are going to wrap the filling, the amount of flour I reduced almost 2 times. If you are cooking the pancakes just increase the flour. In warm milk dissolve the yeast, add half of the flour and mix well, put in a warm place, the volume should increase twice.

Bake in a very well heated pan. Pan first, RUB with vegetable oil, then no grease.
