Description
The recipe is taken from the Spanish magazine "I cook" in each room chef of any restaurant puts its recipes, 100 pages of this magazine. The author called it unusually "Green cauliflower". I'm a big fan of cauliflower, but never suspected that the sauce-broccoli puree is so gorgeous.
Ingredients

Cooking
Boil cauliflower and broccoli in salted water for 10 minutes.
Fry the finely chopped onion, add the cream, boiled broccoli, peppers.
Grind to education puree.
Put in baking tins, first sauce, mashed potatoes, then cauliflower, on top of which pour a little sauce and sprinkle a small quantity of the cheese in the oven at 200 gr. 15 min.
If you want to make a more liquid sauce , add more cream or milk.
To cauliflower sauce broccoli, cooked salad of red and seaweed.
In my jar already had a salad of seaweed. Cut red, salt and messed it up. It's really for fans of a cabbage is PARADISE.:)
