Cooking
The softened butter vzbit with sugar.
Add oat flakes (they can be initially crushed, if someone likes a more delicate texture of the dough), flour, baking powder, cinnamon and eggs. Shake well to obtain a homogeneous dough.
To steam and dry the raisins.
Add the raisins and nuts in the dough again knead thoroughly.
Baking sheet covered with Bakirkoy paper and brush with oil, no harm will lightly sprinkle with flour. From dough to roll small balls, lay them on a baking sheet at a distance of 3-4 cm from each other and pressing them with a fork to give them a rounded shape. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
