Semifreddo with almonds
This wonderful, delicious dessert - ice cream with almonds and sugar candy for all the sweet tooth! Very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Almonds

    150 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Vanilla

Prepare for the start of our caramel: on a cold frying pan pour 150gr. sugar and on slow fire to melt it to a light brown color. Then add the almonds, quickly and thoroughly.

Pour the entire caramel-almond mass on a greased SL. oil a baking sheet.

When cool, will get these wonderful peanut brittle.

Crushed with a rolling pin, leaving the halves of the almond intact.

Will do ice cream: Beat eggs with sugar until thick foam, add vanilla sugar, or a couple of seeds of vanilla. Work here's a beautiful air mass.

In another bowl, whip the cream until thick. Then gently combine the cream with the egg-sugar mass. All gently to mix.

Pour the caramel almonds, leaving a little for topping.

Add in the molds, and sprinkle the remaining almond flakes.

I had this mass on the 13 shapers. Put in freezer for 3 hours.

You're done! Enjoy!! PS: to get the Semifreddo out of the metal mold, have the bottom of the form several times in the lower bowl of hot water.
