Minced chicken patties with cheese and herbs
These burgers cook more often and not only from chicken. But with cheese - for the first time. I loved it! Try to offer to You! Come on in and get.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Garlic

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Chicken fillet wash and dry with paper towel. Slice into small cubes.

Cheese also cut into cubes (smaller or the same).

Onion clean, finely chop and add to chicken.

In a bowl place the chicken with cheese, onions, add the yogurt, starch, garlic (optional) and spices. Thoroughly mix all and put in the cold for 15 minutes. I usually leave in the fridge overnight, then the meat chickens are better impregnated with the yogurt and turns even more gentle.

Chop greens and add to the stuffing. Mix well. With wet hands form patties and fry on medium heat until tender. Output - 15-16 pieces.
