Easy original dish from what's in the fridge. Spicy-sweet appetizer was very tasty brew.

Ingredients

  • Radishes

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    2 piece

  • Dill

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

This recipe made my son is a designer and researcher, graduated from kindergarten. He saw me write down the recipe for the Cook and stated that he too wanted to participate. At first I reacted to the idea with skepticism, but it turned out delicious, especially with the brew. For preparation of this snacks you have to order at a Japanese restaurant baked mussels and shells to carry.

Shell a good wash and dry. Radishes cut into small cubes and arrange in shells. A cube of sugar pour a tablespoon of soy sauce. When the sugar has melted halfway, pour sweet soy sauce into the Cup (the remaining half of sugar and leave for history).
