Cooking
Eggs whipped in a bowl with sugar. Poured oil, 100 ml cream, sifted flour, heaped baking powder and salt. 100 ml heavy cream, warmed in the microwave and dissolved them in coffee. Poured into a bowl and all mixed.
In the dough put white and dark chocolate. Added rum and mix well. Spread the batter into the baking pan of cupcakes. On top put the chopped almonds mixed with sugar. The form put in the oven and set a t 180 degrees. The cupcakes are well risen. Bake for 25 minutes.
