Cottage cheese dessert
Tasty, tender, with a hint of lemon... M-M-M-M, how tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Nectarine

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

  • Lemon peel

  • Fructose

    2 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

  • Dark chocolate

Cooking

Soak gelatine in cold water (0.5 Cup) for 10 minutes.

Fructose, vanilla, banana, yoghurt, curd put into a tall glass.

Add lemon zest, crushed with a blender until smooth.

Protein beat until stiff. Gently add to cheese mixture, mix well. Gelatin heated to 60 degrees. To cool down a bit. Add to the mixture, mix well.

In a sundae dish, pour a little cheese mixture (it has already started to harden). Nectarine cut into slices. To put on top. Pour a little more mixture, again slices of nectarine. Top cottage cheese mixture.

Sprinkle grated chocolate and walnuts. Put in the refrigerator.
