I looked on the website that a lot of recipes for this dish, all the recipes are different and interesting. But here I want to offer you my delicious, tender and flavorful stuffed pepper.

Ingredients

Preparation: wash Peppers well, remove serdtsevinka (seeds), pour cold water and put on stove, when it boils, leave on the stove for about 5-10 minutes.

The onions to cut small cubes, carrots to grate. In a pan pour vegetable oil, put the onions and carrots and fry a little.

Preparation of sauce: In the remaining onions and carrots add tomato paste, sour cream, salt, spices and about 2 cups of boiled water. Can of beef broth. Mix everything, put on the stove to give a little sauce to simmer.
