Sponge cake with a cherry, whipped cream, condensed milk, chocolate... Hell just 2 of these cake the day before because going with friends to the sea (and where do without cake :) more precisely, without 2 x cakes? ) All loved it, ate even faster than a kebab :) (more than praise?:) )

Cooking
Crust: cut Margarine into pieces...
Add sugar and vanilla sugar.
Divide the egg mixture in the 1st. Whisk.
Add flour+baking powder in 3 stages. Whisk.
Ready. Half of the dough pour in the form (d 28), covered with baking paper.
Bake in the oven for about 25 min. Ready Korzh cut into 2 parts.Do the same with part 2 of the test. I cut out a heart shape for 1 cake, the second cake was made round.
Prepare the eclairs. Put water on the fire. Give to boil. Add a pinch of salt, margarine (cut into cubes). Stir, allow to boil. The margarine needs to melt. Remove the pan from the heat, pour 200 gr. flour. Stir. Returned to the fire, knead well (about 2 minutes, not more). Remove pan from heat. Give a little to cool. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Thoroughly mix up in the dough balls for 1 PC. coat the baking Pan with baking paper. Pastry bag (or spoon) formed on the paper balls or rolls, leaving space between pieces, because the dough will rise. Put in oven and bake until Golden brown, about 40 minutes. Do NOT OPEN the oven while popovers bake. Get ready éclairs on a plate and let them cool.
Now preparing for impregnation of cakes. A cherry without stone press...
...to the juice add the sugar. Ready.
Make cream No. 1: Whisk vegetable cream for whipping, I was already sweet (if not sweet - while beating, add icing sugar to taste), about 10 minutes until a thick, steady state. Add in the cream boiled condensed milk.
Whisk. Ready! Take a little of this cream and, using a pastry bag or just cutting with a knife, fill the eclairs.
Cream No. 2. Water bring to a boil, place the cocoa, stir to dissolve lumps. Give the mixture a bit to cool down.
Pour condensed milk and stir. Ready :-)
Collect our cake. The 1st layer is not impregnated, so as not softened. Cover cream No. 2, and Top with 2nd cake layer, impregnation, cream No. 2. Then 3rd cake layer, impregnation, cream # 1, half of the éclairs(pressed slowly into the cream). Put the berries cherries.
Then the 4th layer, impregnation, cream No. 1, the second half of the éclairs (pressed slowly into the cream). Put the berries cherries. Level.
Decorate. I poured chocolaterie and was decorated with the remnants of cream №1. Bon appetit!!!!!
