Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Serum

    50 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Potatoes

    200 g

  • Greens

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Black pepper

The potatoes clean.

Knead the dough. Mix whey (you can substitute kefir), egg, yeast, flour, add sugar, salt and leave to rise. The dough should be the consistency of a cream, i.e. watery.

While the dough is rising, potatoes to grate, add egg, greens cut.

All knead, add the cream, season with salt and pepper to taste.

When the dough will rise slightly, in a pan, linut vegetable oil, put the first layer: the filling of the potatoes, and sprinkle the dough evenly across the surface. Put in a preheated oven to 200C for 30-40 minutes.
