A piece zhirnenky some salmon.
To trout was less oily, I put a piece in a bowl and put for 5 minutes in the microwave. Fat vytaplivaete and remains at the bottom of the bowl. I don't pour, it's pure "omega-3".
Avocado peel and cut into pieces, abundantly watered with lemon juice, cherry tomatoes and olives cut in half.
Boil well and let cool makaroshki, because hot quickly darkens avocado.
Cut the trout into small pieces and mix with the still hot pasta, adding "omega-3", olive is a mask, as in the original recipe.
To cooled pasta add tomatoes and avocado, all mix well and place on lettuce leaves. Ready!
